**Description**:
Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly motivated Lab Technician to contribute to our trials management efforts in Crop Protection Discovery & Development. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for implementing studies for different disciplines at the Eschbach Integrated R&D Center, for products belonging to the fungicide, herbicides and SAT portfolio and pipeline. He/she will work in close collaboration with the Biology Experts and other team members to set up protocols, carry out lab and greenhouse studies following safety rules, analyze the results and write technical reports.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In collaboration with the Biology Experts, the incumbent is involved in establishing study protocols, implements tests, analyzes data, writes, and communicates technical reports to key stakeholders.
- Interacts with field scientists, researchers, and different R&D functions
- Responsible for the maintenance of the laboratories and greenhouses, plants, pests and chemical products.
- Help to organize and coordinates resistance monitoring sampling and logistics.
- Represents the team during internal/customer site visits based on requests from site manager.
- Updates working procedures related to different activities, when requested
- Help to train temporary staff/interns for laboratory work

**Qualifications**:** SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of scientific experience or Master's degree with 2 years of scientific experience.
- Technical skills in agricultural disciplines.
- Experience conducting R&D projects).
- Good communication skills.
- Good level of English (written & oral).
- German language would be added advantage.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and in autonomy.
