Ihre Aufgaben:
- Reibungslose Versorgung: Sie stellen unsere „optimale“ Materialversorgung durch die termintreue Bereitstellung der benötigten indirekten Materialien zu wettbewerbsfähigen Konditionen sicher
- Am Puls: Mit Weitblick für die benötigten Waren führen Sie Bestellvorgänge, Angebotsvergleiche und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten durch
- Chancen erkennen: Durch die Analyse der Beschaffungsmärkte, die Identifikation neuer Partner oder die Pflege unserer Lieferanten gewährleisten Sie unsere Liefertreue
- Operatives Tagesgeschäft: Die kaufm. Abwicklung von Bestellungen sowie die Sicherstellung der Liefertermine und Vertragsbedingungen fällt ebenfalls in Ihr Aufgabenfeld
- Projektmanagement: Im Tagesgeschäft identifizieren Sie Optimierungsbedarfe, Leistungsstörungen oder Innovationsideen, die Sie in (Teil-)Projekten eigenverantwortlich bearbeiten
Ihr Profil:
- Erfahrung & Qualifikation: Sie bringen eine kaufmännische oder chemische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf/ Beschaffung mit
- Keyskills: Gutes Prozessverständnis und kaufmännische Denkweise verbinden Sie mit einer modernen Definition eines ökonomischen Einkaufs
- und Bestandsmanagements
