**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support for operation of web based information management and collaboration platforms-especially Doxis (SER)- Responsible for technical analysis, specification, documentation, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Web Application middleware (Microsoft IIS,.NET, Microsoft Sharepoint Server, Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat), and Web Applications-
- Interact with colleagues from other IT areas to resolve cross functional and project issues-
- Incident -and problem management and request fulfillment as part of second/third level support- Proactively identify where system or process improvements can increase efficiency and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:
- Completed relevant professional qualification and working experience or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or comparable degree)-
- Knowledge in regards to operate web based information management and collaboration platforms- Knowledge and experience with script languages (e.g. Windows Power-Shell..)- Technical understanding and basic knowledge about Azure-Cloud and Docker / Kubernetes- Very good knowledge in English and German language- Distinct focus on customer needs and results- Excellent team communication and coordination skills- Problem solving skills, and high flexibility
