**What do you contribute?**
- You will lead our highly successful Components segment, which develops and globally manufactures a mature portfolio of components for our rail vehicles. In addition, you will also serve external customers in the global rail market.
- Managing approximately 3,200 employees around the globe, you will be responsible for an international manufacturing network with the aim of continuously reducing costs and increasing productivity while ensuring appropriate quality standards.
- As segment manager, you will report directly to the CEO of the Rolling Stock business unit and will have P&L responsibility for a business volume of around €1 billion.
- Your mission: with strategic vision and operational drive, you will drive the technical development and manufacturing of the existing portfolio in such a way that our customers benefit from a technology and cost advantage.
- You will find an excellently positioned unit - but you want even more. You continuously motivate and develop your team, the processes as well as the organization.
- Working with your management team as well as your customers in a spirit of trust and, you will uphold our high standards of cooperation, goal orientation and integrity.

**What do you bring along?**
- You hold a university degree (master's / diploma) in an engineering or business-related field.
- We are looking for a person with many years of significant management experience, ideally with responsibility for profit & loss.
- You have extensive experience in the production environment as well as in the optimization of manufacturing processes.
- You impress us with many years of success in industrial project business, preferably in the railroad industry, a confident manner at top management level and the ability to hold your own in a matrix organization.
- A decisive, cooperative management style as well as an irrepressible hunger for success make you the personality to whom we gladly entrust our segment.
- For your global leadership role, you will bring intercultural experience and business-fluent English skills. German language skills are an advantage.
