**» Deine Aufgaben**:

- **Bedarfsanalyse und Schulungskonzepte**: Du ermittelst den Schulungs
- und Entwicklungsbedarf für regionale und lokale Teams. Basierend auf diesen Erkenntnissen entwickelst Du individuelle Schulungsmaßnahmen für verschiedene Zielgruppen.
- **Feedback und Performance**: Du bist verantwortlich für den jährlichen Feedback
- und Performanceprozess. Dabei unterstützt Du Führungskräfte bei der Leistungsbeurteilung und förderst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter*innen.
- **Change Management**:Du initiierst und begleitest Change Management Aktivitäten und Projekte. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit dem regionalen Personalleiter zusammen, um die Personalstrategie erfolgreich umzusetzen.
- **Post-Merger-Integration**:Du steuerst und begleitest Integrationsprozesse nach Unternehmenszusammenschlüssen.
- **HR-Projekte und Moderation**:Du bringst dich aktiv in interdisziplinäre HR-Projekte ein und moderierst internationale Meetings und Workshops.
- **HR-Analysen und Reporting**: Du führst HR-Analysen durch und erstellst aussagekräftige Reports zur Unterstützung von strategischen Entscheidungen.
- **Talent Management**:Du entwickelst und implementierst globale Talent Management Strategien, um die besten Talente zu gewinnen, zu halten und zu fördern.

**» Dein Profil**:

- **Ausbildung und Erfahrung**: Du verfügst über einen Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss in Psychologie, Pädagogik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Mindestens drei Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Personalwesen oder Change Management in einem internationalen Umfeld sind wünschenswert.
- **Training und Kommunikation**: Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Trainings für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und beherrschst vielfältige Trainingsmethoden. Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind in deutscher und englischer Sprache stark ausgeprägt.
- **Methodische Kompetenz**: Du bist versiert in Projekt
- und Change Management und kannst komplexe Prozesse strukturiert angehen.
- **Flexibilität**: Du bist bereit zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb Westeuropas.
