**Job Purpose/Role**:
As member of Allianz Direct's product team, you as Product Owner are responsible to specify, deliver, run and further optimize all aspects of your part of the product.

You shape the product vision and define new requirements in joint collaboration with the related product teams and the local business areas with the goal to build reusable features. You enjoy working in an international and fast growing company with an entrepreneurial culture.

As Product Owner for Digital Marketing Technology, you own the marketing technology stack and how to integrate the related systems deeply into our central platform.

CMS, CDP, CRO are not just random terms to you, but you actually have a broad overview of the various tools and approaches in the digital marketing space and are always on the hunt to get the best for Allianz Direct.

You act as ambassador of your product and enable our digital marketeers to run their activities in an efficient and selfserviced way, with no need for support from the central development team.

You are a techsavvy expert and have working experience with a modern enterprise level MarTech stack and you don't shy away to challenge yourself and others to become better every day.

Together with your team of engineers and experts, you build scalable software products to deliver outstanding user experience and help our marketing community to achieve efficient customer acquisition cost. Whenever a decision is needed, you look at data first and consider a MVP approach to validate any assumptions before making big invests.

At Allianz Direct we develop a central platform for all of our markets and products, hence you are constantly aiming to harmonize requirements and deliver common solutions and concepts. You follow a configuration approach, rather than implementing custom local solutions. Our Product Owners play the key role in connecting business, IT and customer needs to form one common insurance platform across markets and products.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Understand business goals, KPIs and customer needs to create a vision for your product
- Define common features, processes and milestones, which enable our local businesses and central goals alike
- Create and constantly update your product backlog in alignment with our ambitious milestones
- Help your development team to deliver outstanding software products as one joint team
- Identify dependencies to other product teams and push for fast resolution and delivery especially in crossteam setups
- Manage continuous delivery in line with your communicated timelines and ensure full transparency across your product team
- Keep track of your feature performance and discuss data, assumptions and ideas with your local business peers to further grow and optimize our joint platform
- Maintain common exchange across our international communities in your area of expertise
- Understanding the needs of a high performing product development team and supporting each other to keep motivation and delivery at highest level especially during major release periods

**Qualifications/Key skills**:

- Professional working experience in digital product management incl. agile development processes
- Thorough understanding of Digital Marketing tools such as Web Analytics, CMS, Advertising technologies with a sound understanding of the technology behind
- Fundamental understanding of software product development processes and methodologies
- Track record of managing and improving high quality, scalable software products
- Certifications and/or proven proficiency in digital product management, or related fields
- Broad understanding of IT and the underlying IT architecture including possibilities and limitations
- Insights on business processes and/or related customer journeys in the insurance industry is a big plus
