DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Du bist Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für den technischen Support in der Region EMEA und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Anliegen unserer Kunden.
- Dabei analysierst und priorisierst Du eingehende Anfragen sowie Kundenwünsche und erarbeitest technische Lösungen mit verschiedenen Remote
- und Diagnose-Tools (z.B. Hololense).
- Du bist unser Spezialist (m/w/d) für die Online-Fehlerbehebung und Datenauswertung und übernimmst bei Bedarf die Moderation zwischen Kunden sowie anderen Abteilungen.
- Aktives Wissensmanagement ("debriefing", "lessons-learned") und Coaching von Kollegen (m/w/d) ist ein wichtiger Teil Deiner Arbeit. Dabei bringst Du erworbenes Wissen in die Organisation ein, das mit Hilfe unserer Wissensdatenbank gesichert und weiter ausgebaut wird.
- Du übernimmst die Einsatz vor
- und Nachbereitung für unsere Außendiensttechniker (m/w/d) und bist verantwortlich für deren Einsatz vor Ort. Ggf. führst du diese auch selber aus.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

- Staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, z.B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik
- Berufserfahrung in der Branche ist von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Computerkenntnisse (PC, MS Windows, Netzwerk, MS Office)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft in Zentraleuropa
- Führerschein Klasse B ist Voraussetzung
