**Projekt Innovation Specialist (m/w/d)**

**Welche Eigenschaften Dich zum Ass machen**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder technischem Hintergrund (Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar).
- Du besitzt außerordentliche analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist in der Lage dich schnell in neue Themen
- und Aufgabengebiete einzuarbeiten und hast Interesse Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du handelst mit unternehmerischem und strategischem Denken.
- Du bist flexibel, kreativ und in der Lage Out-of-the-box zu denken.
- Du verfügst über Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsstärke und überzeugst auch vor Kunden mit einem sicheren Auftreten.
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit klassischen und agilen Methoden des Projektmanagements (bspw. in Form eines Praktikums) mit und kannst die erlernten Methoden anwenden.
