Wir haben die weltweit erste digitale Plattform für Regenerative Landwirtschaft gelauncht, die bereits von tausenden Landwirt: innen genutzt wird. Durch die Vermarktung der damit verbundenen Klimaschutzleistungen an Unternehmen, vorwiegend aus der Lebensmittelbranche, ermöglichen wir Landwirt: innen eine finanzielle Vergütung für regenerative Maßnahmen sowie hochwertige Beratungsangebote.

Unterstützt von führenden Investoren, darunter Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures und AgFunder, erweitern wir nun unser Team und suchen eine: n erfahrenen Head of Farmer Relations, der uns dabei hilft, unser digitales Produkt kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Aufgaben

Als Head of Farmer Relations bist du für unseren Wachstum und die Zufriedenheit unserer Landwirte auf der Klim Platform verantwortlich:

- Aufbau und Leitung eines leistungsstarken Farmer Relations Teams mit dem Ziel neue Landwirte für unsere Platform zu gewinnen und sehr gute Beziehungen mit unseren bestehenden Landwirten zu pflegen
- Erstellung und Umsetzung einer Strategie zur Akquise von Landwirten, einschließlich eines reibungslosen Onboardings auf unsere Plattform
- Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu unseren Landwirten, einschließlich Management von ad-hoc Problemen und Bedürfnisse
- Entwicklung von starken Beziehungen zu unseren Partnern in der (Lebensmittel-)Industrie für Insetting
- und Offsetting-Zwecke
- Datengertriebene Produktentwicklung zur Verbesserung der Zufriedenheit unserer Landwirte mit enger Kooperation unseres Leadership Teams
- Implementierung von Dashboards und Reportings zur Überwachung der relevanten KPIs innerhalb des Farmer Relations Teams.

Qualifikation
- Ausgezeichneter Studienabschluss in Agrarwissenschaften, oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung
- 4-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege von Beziehungen zu Landwirten
- Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung im Aufbau leistungsstarker Teams
- Sehr gute Kentnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl in Wort als auch Schrift
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
- Verständnis oder starkes Interesse für nachhaltige Landwirtschaftspraktiken
