Documentation Specialist

As a Project Documentation Specialist (M/F/d) at Viessmann Technologies (Vitec), you will play a critical role in ensuring the complete and timely documentation of our projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to capture, organize, and maintain project-related information and documentation. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

**Your impact**:

- Gather information from various sources and stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete project documentation over the entire project like cycle, ensuring compliance and contractual obligations
- Organize and maintain project files and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify documentation requirements and deliverables for each project phase, maintaining reliable version management
- Ensure adherence to documentation standards, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct periodic audits to assess the accuracy and completeness of project documentation
- Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve documentation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

**Who you are**:
Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, communications, or technical writing
- Proven experience in project documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Proficient in using document management systems and Microsoft Office suite or Google environment
- Familiarity with engineering and construction terminology and processes
- Experience with project management software is a plus.
