Gemäß der im Unternehmen anzuwendenden SOX Regularien müssen alle Fixed Assets korrekt in den Bestandslisten geführt sein und regelmäßig geprüft werden. Zudem werden alle laufenden Investitionen (neue Assets) nach entsprechenden SOX Regularien monatlich oder per Quartal überprüft.

Um die Budgeteinhaltung der Investitionsprojekte zu gewährleisten ist ein monatliche Kostenkontrolle mit den verantwortlichen Projektleitern durchzuführen und zu dokumentieren.

Aufgaben / Tätigkeiten
- Fixed Asset Koordinator für Standorte Deutschland, Wuppertal, Landshut, Erzhausen, Köln, und Logistik Standorte
- Anlagenliste von PI für Standorte in Deutschland aufbereiten und auf TI-Server abspeichern
- OCB-SOX Datenfile von PI 3-monatlich aufarbeiten und an PI senden
- OCB-SOX EMEA Einforderung und Archivierung der monatlichen SOX FA01, FA02, FA08 Bestätigung von SAP und non-SAP Gesellschaften und Dokumentation auf Share-point
- Koordination der jährlichen SOX FA09 Fixed Asset Verifikation für alle Axalta Gesellschaften in EMEA
- Direktes Berichten an den Regional Engineering Manager (REM) der EMEA Region für das Ergebnis der SOX Überprüfungen.

Anforderungen und Qualifikationen
- Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung + Fortbildung in Bilanz
- und Steuerrecht
- Erfahrung in der Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Office-Software
- Gute SAP Kenntnisse
- Gute englische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Fähigkeit mehrere Aufgaben parallel abzuarbeiten
