**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Collaborate with the IT management to develop the IT strategic direction in the areas of Finance and Controlling, HR, as well as our newly established Investor Services department and implement this within your area of responsibility
- Stay up-to-date in the Finance & HR software landscape, propose innovative and sustainable software solutions to your business partners and lead the implementation together with your team, in close coordination with other domains
- You possess strong communication skills and handle stakeholders in an international environment with confidence
- For you, team leadership means guiding and developing your teams, fostering and celebrating success as well as empowering your team to become the idea generators of tomorrow
- You support the growing demands in your area of responsibility through a proactive personnel strategy.
- Operating existing platforms and their further development, as well as the introduction of new solutions in close collaboration with your department, are also part of your tasks
- You actively manage your budget, identify potential for cost reduction in a global context, and thus lead the way in developing the vision for your area of responsibility: You are motivated to implement and shape these initiatives in the coming years

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Successfully completed IT-oriented studies with a corresponding focus or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and purposefully developing teams
- External expertise in SAP structures and ideally experience in SAP rollouts and processes
- A thorough understanding of the retail industry is a must
- Project management skills and knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies are essential for this position
- A high level of motivation for creating as well as a talent for organizing and coordinating parallel projects
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with local and international legal requirements
- Confident professional and linguistic presence, especially in communication with decision-makers and management
- A very good understanding of the entire business value chain and the business environment
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
- ITIL 4 Foundation
