Central/operational Controller

Your tasks
- Planning and Reporting/Analysis - Central Controlling Segment Passive Safety & Sensorics (PSS)
- Responsible for the operative handling/controlling of Non-Plant-Function Profit-Center for PSS Organization at the location Hahn/Sohren (including cost center planning, resource planning, planning for central allocated location costs (e.g., alignment space, IT-cost, cost-allocation-keys,))
- Supporting and collaboration in economic reporting/analyzing for Product-Center within Segment PSS (Budget, Forecasts, Monthly Reporting)
- Supporting compiling of periodic reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Scorecards,) with deviation analyzes (e.g., Actual vs. Budget; Budget vs. Forecast,) and legwork, preparation and alignment of extraordinary management reviews or ad hoc requests by the Management
- Alignment, cooperation and support of economic planning for all Segment PSS Product-Center, including production cost planning, location costs planning, cost center cost
- and resource planning and specific sections of the Balance Sheet
- Supporting Segment PSS Central Controlling regarding requests and inquiries from the superior Business Area
- Reporting/Forecasting: Make sure the consolidation, analysis and evaluation of the local reports, supporting the rating and commenting on the result / FC situation, proactive and independent identifying of emergency risks; independent development of countermeasures in collaboration with the affected units; monitoring of the implementation, monthly reporting/presenting of the Segment profit situation
- Operational Controlling und Budgeting: Independent creation of annual
- and budget planning in collaboration with the responsible contact persons in the Locations, Segments and Central Departments in our Company; analyzing and commenting the planning results
- Methods/Systems: Simplification and optimization of reports as well as to provide appropriate methods/systems/measures for the financial control of the Segment; independent development and introduction of new controlling systems/instruments and consulting function for all functional areas of the organization in economic questions

**Profile**:

- Academic degree or apprenticeship in the field of finance and controlling or a comparable qualification
- First work experience in the field of finance or controlling desirable
- Very good handling with MS Office Software and SAP R3/SAP Warehouse and good knowledge of Analysis and Database Software
- Business fluent German and good English language skills (written and spoken)
- High affinity to numbers and very high-quality sense, eagerness to understand the business behind the numbers
- Good team spirit and intercultural openness is required for a very international team
