(Junior) Partnership Editor

As the (Junior) Partnership Editor, you will play a vital role in shaping the tone, voice and direction of our culinary content. As part of a cross-functional task force, you will work on projects in close collaboration with our shareholder BSH. You will be responsible for the curation, maintenance and editorial planning in the Home Connect App. With your expertise in editorial work, you will create engaging culinary content that is to the highest standards and inspires, enables and delights our users. You will collaborate closely with project managers, visual content creators, designers and chefs to produce content that connects with our users and position it for future success. Tasks
- Manage the publication, translation and editing cycle of your content packages, including recipes, article, and more
- Consult BSH in questions of user-centric culinary content creation and engagement
- Stay on top of the latest culinary trends and storytelling techniques to support the growth and improvement of our daily content
- Work in a cross-functional, creative team that collaborates regularly across departments and stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- You have 1-2 years of experience working on a creative team as an editor or food content creator, experience in a food-related industry is a plus
- You can step into the shoes of our clients to imagine the most effective way to tell a story about their products
- You have experience in stakeholder management and the ability to leverage different perspectives and expertise to arrive at optimal solutions
- You have experience in project management as well as creative product placement
- You have considerable knowledge and interest in food and cooking and feel comfortable debating and discussing recipes, food trends, ingredients, and techniques with your peers
- You are talented with words, both long and short copy, and have outstanding verbal communication skills
- You have experience working on a set in collaboration with photographers and video producers
- You are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback on the work at hand
- You are very organized, have an eye for detail and feel at ease multi-tasking
- You speak and write German on the native level and have excellent English skills
- You can work both - remote and onsite in our office in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin
