WHAT YOU WILL BE CHALLENGED WITH
- Hands On: You will work directly in a team with one of our founders to prepare and successfully execute our

next fundraising round. You will take on responsibility from day one and significantly shape the further
growth of EMIL
- No Secrets: As part of your internship, you will get unvarnished insights into all aspects of a fundraising

round of a startup in the growth phase and witness how pitches and communication with investors work
- Expect the Unexpected: There is no such thing as a “typical day“, there is a variety of tasks which can include

pitch deck preparations, conception of communication strategies, market and competition analysis,
preparation of reports etc.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are studying business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of studies at a top

university in your Bachelor or Master’s - or you are currently in your gap year
- You have gathered first work experience in a challenging environment such as management consulting,

investment banking, or business development (Start-up)
- You are a structured, independent working and reliable team player
- You inherit analytical capabilities, decisiveness, and an absolute hands-on attitude
- You have strong communication skills, an open personality as well as entrepreneurial drive, enabling you to

drive and lead your own projects
- High proficiency in all MS Office programs as well as fluency in German and in English is a must

both)
