**Our requirements**:

- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the field of polishing or a completed apprenticeship in a related field
- Good technical understanding of surfaces
- Experience in the independent selection of a polishing medium and the selection of suitable working tools
- Thorough and quality-conscious way of working with an eye for detail
- Good spatial awareness and manual dexterity
- Customer orientation, friendliness, ability to work in a team and independence

**Your tasks**:

- High-gloss polishing of complex injection moulds according to customer requirements
- Demoulding polishing, brush polishing, grain preparation incl. etch test, finishing and contour restoration
- Optimisation/repair of high gloss surfaces
- Europe-wide on-site assignments for the machining of tools possible
- Independent selection of suitable polishing media/strategies depending on customer requirements
- Analysis of documentation and independent derivation of necessary work steps
