Bonanza Coffee is the oldest coffee roastery in Berlin and a high-end specialty coffee supplier founded in 2006. We are proud to supply coffee to coffee shops and restaurants in Germany and across the world, with a strong presence in over 50 countries. With four coffee shops in Berlin, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible experience.

**Your** **tasks**

We are looking for a motivated part-time working student to join our team and help us with various tasks related to finance, administration, and sales.

As part of the financial team, you will assist with tasks such as
- prepare, download, compile and sort documents for data entry
- check source documents for accuracy
- obtain further information for incomplete documents
- update data and delete unnecessary files
- scan documents into document management systems or database
- transcribe information into required electronic format

In addition, you will support our sales team with tasks such as
- Preparing sales reports
- Conducting market research
- Acquiring new clients

**Your profile**
- Be available to work for at least 6 months
- Be an enrolled student, ideally in a business-related field
- Have German and English language proficiency level of B2 or above
- Possess practical computer skills and feel comfortable working with numbers and data
- Be enthusiastic about learning and taking action
