Head of Construction (m/w/d)

Hier ist dein Einsatz gefragt:

- In deiner Rolle verantwortest Du die Führung, die Unterstützung und den Ausbau unseres Construction Management Teams sowie die übergeordnete Leitung von komplexen Neubau-, Umbau-, Modernisierungs
- und Weiterentwicklungsprojekten.
- Du wirkst entscheidend bei der Vorbereitung von Vergaben mit, d. h. die Aufstellung eines Zeitplans bis zur Zusammenstellung der Vergabeunterlagen mit der Aufstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen mit Leistungsverzeichnissen und dessen Kostendarstellung gehören zu deinem daily Business.
- Eigenständig verantwortest Du die Koordinierung der Vergabe, prüfst und bewertest Angebote sowie Bietergespräche, vergleichst Ausschreibungsergebnisse und erstellst abschließend die Verträge und erteilst den Auftrag.
- Die Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation rundet deinen Arbeitsalltag mit dem Gegenprüfen des Zeitplans sowie der Kostenkontrolle ab und Du organisierst abschließend die Abnahme und Übergabe der Projekte.
- Alles in allem stellst Du in allen Leistungsphasen eines Projektes sicher, stets kosten-, termin
- und qualitätsgerecht zu arbeiten.
- Zukunftsorientiert treibst Du ESG-Innovationen mit Blick auf energiesparende, wassersparende, nachhaltige Materialien und abfallfreie Lösungen voran.

Diese Wünsche haben wir an Dich:

- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung und Abwicklung von Bauprojekten idealerweise im Bereich Gewerbe
- Erfahrung in der Modernisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Bestandsbauten
- Sicherer Umgang mit einschlägigen Gesetzen, Normen, Verordnungen und Vorschriften wie VOB, HOAI; BGB und diversen Bauordnungen etc.
- Sehr gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Lösungskompetenz und Eigeninitiative
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
