**Product Design mit Schwerpunkt UI Design (m/w/d)**

**Dein neuer Job**
- Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Pflege unserer Design Systeme mit.
- Du ermittelst die Anforderungen der Benutzer*innen, und testet, ob Konzepte oder Software die Anforderungen erfüllen.
- Du erstellst Wireframes, grafische und interaktive Prototypen.
- Du bist bei der Durchführung von Anforderungsworkshops dabei und unterstützt das Design Team.
- Du konzipierst die Produkt User Experience gemeinsam mit dem interdisziplinarischen Team.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sichere Kenntnisse und routinierter Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie Figma und Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ästhetik und Usability gehen bei dir Hand in Hand, da du immer das Wohl der Benutzer*innen im Kopf hast.
- Du denkst Dich gerne in komplexe Themen ein und findest schnell kreative Lösungen im B2B Bereich.
- Kreativität gepaart mit strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Lust und Spaß das UX/UI-Mindset im Unternehmen zu stärken und das eigene Wissen rund um digitaler Trends stetig auf dem aktuellen Stand zu halten

**Das bist du?**
- mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem digitalen Umfeld u/o UI Bereich
- dein digitales Portfolio mit deinen Arbeitsproben
- dichere Deutschkenntnisse

Extra Punkte:

- zusätzlich punktest du mit HTML/CSS und JavaScript-Kenntnissen
- nice-to-have: Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Interface Design, Mediendesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbarer Richtung
- Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen (z.B. SCRUM, Kanban) und der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Projekten
