**Position Summary/Impact**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform onsite installation and training.
- Manage assigned territory independently (e.g. travel schedule).
- Support the sales team with strategic install base growth.
- Accurately record pertinent information in Customer Relationship Management system.
- Be the customer advocate.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and speedy issue resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- We are looking for an individual with experience in tissue staining, microscopy, fluorescent immunohistochemistry, image analysis and data analysis. Knowledge of Spatial-Omics preferred.
- Minimum qualification MSc. PhD in relevant scientific discipline or equivalent preferred.
- Previous FAS experience preferred and/or experience of using Akoya products.
- Experience working with Pathology & Life Science / Research Laboratories, Academic Institutions, Pharma and Biotech accounts preferred.
- Proven ability to quickly learn large amounts of complex technical information.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrate customer commitment through regular customer follow-up, timely complaint resolution and by acting as ‘Voice of Customer’ as appropriate.
- Proactive mindset with strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to travel ~60% including overnight travel.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Responsible for abiding by ethical sales practices in accordance with corporate policy.
- Valid Driver’s License.
