Your mission
- You manage your team on a hierarchical level
- You ensure the right level of capabilities, competencies and expertise
- You are responsible to deploy and implements the “state of the art” standards, processes, methods and tools in the team
- You participate to the improvement of the standards, process, methods & tools
- You control the right implementation of the standards (RAISE)
- You deploy the engineering process, methodology and tools defined by and together with the Engineering discipline Manager
- You participate in the definition of processes, methods and the tools necessary to properly handle projects

Your key to success- You have a diploma in electrical engineering or a similar qualification- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience-
- You bring experience with common materials, parts and production processes- You have strong leadership capabilities- You are fluent in German und English
