Unser Ziel ist eine Solaranlage auf jedem Dach, ein Speicher in jedem Haus, und ein E-Auto in jeder Garage. Um unseren Kunden das beste Komplettpaket am Markt anzubieten, starten wir seit dem letzten Jahr auch im Bereich Wärmepumpe durch. Im Jahr 2023 haben wir bereits über 1000 Wärmepumpen installiert und sind auf dem besten Weg, diese Zahl 2024 um das fünf
- bis zehnfache zu steigern.

Wie wir das schaffen? Enpal macht Wärmepumpe endlich einfach: Wir bieten unseren Kunden Wärmepumpen über Kauf und Finanzierung zum All-inclusive-Tarif an und ermöglichen eine intelligente Anbindung in das Enpal Energie Ökosystem.

Aufbauend auf unseren Erfolg im PV-Geschäft, ziehen wir nun den größten D2C Wärmepumpenvertrieb in Europa hoch. Werde Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte
**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Du berichtest an den VP Sales für Wärmepumpen und Combi-Sales (Vertrieb von PV-Anlagen und Wärmepumpe als Combi-produkt) und verantwortest alle operativen Themen in der Vertriebsorganisation
- Du skalierst das Sales Operations Team parallel zu der Vertriebsorganisation, um selbst in der hypergrowth-phase des Wärmepumpenvertriebs für reibungslose Prozessabläufe zu sorgen
- Du und dein Team stehen dem VP Sales zur Seite, um bestehende Businessprozess am Laufen zu halten, neue Betriebsabläufe zu etablieren, und Ineffizienzen in Businessprozessen zu beseitigen
- Du verantwortest die zeitgemäße Durchreifung aller Wärmepumpen und Combi Kunden durch den Sales Funnel und zahlst somit mit deinem Wirken direkt auf den Business Plan von Enpal ein.

**Qualifikationen**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, entweder im Vertrieb, Operations, oder in ähnlichen Unternehmensbereichen
- Du hast mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
- Du hast eine analytische Denkweise und besitzt den Drive Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, und kannst Stakeholdern verschiedener Seniorität auf Augenhöhe begegnen.
