**The role**:
You are an inspiration, guide and mentor. You let great ideas bubble out of creative minds. With the wealth of experience of a real Granny, you recognize the best of them, take them to a new level and pour them into excellent 360° campaigns with pin-point accuracy. You set the goal and know the way: for your team, your customers and the follow-up project that others can't even imagine on the horizon.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leadership and development of Creative team. This includes briefing, support, processes, and guidance for campaigns and social accounts.
- Closely working with Account + Strategy teams to build solutions for Clients.
- Leading Clients with the implementation of concept and social strategies, while identifying problems and solutions.
- Selling-in new ideas to Clients while Identifying business risks and opportunities.
- Articulation of ideas from concept to completion, while driving results for Agency and Clients.
- Mentorship of Creative team members, while maintaining overview of team’s work and review of creative output.
- Responsible for assessment of resources in the team, and hiring processes.
- Representing Granny internally and externally through Creative Leadership.
- Ongoing Development of expertise in Entertainment / Pop Culture (music, art, film, tv).
- Deep Understanding of Digital Culture in relation to Client Brands and Products.

**Your profile**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Director in a communications agency.
- You have already been responsible for complex campaigns for international clients and implemented them through leadership..
- Relevant project experience in the field of pop culture, brands and entertainment.
- Extensive experience in building, developing & leading teams.
- inspiring communication and presentation skills in German & English.
- Desire for an agile working environment.
