**Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated AI Solutions UX Designer (f/m/d) who can ensure all of our solution implementation at customers, partners and clients have state-of-the-art user experience and are built to maximize end user productivity.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers, key and end users, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement usable and effective solutions for the solutions’ usability, visuals, and overall user experience.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and create elegant solutions that enhance the user experience.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Ensure that the final design meets both user needs and business goals and is aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.

**Your profile**:

- Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, UXPin, Framer, and the like.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- BSc in Design, Human & Computer Interaction Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- English (C1) and German (C1) minimum level required
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Experience with customer solution implementation projects.
