Dry Cargo/ Bulk Broker

**Responsibilities**:

- Finding and fixing vessels and cargoes between owners, operators and charterers in the dry bulk segment.
- Manage the entire chartering process, from initial inquiry to final negotiation and conclusion of the charter party. Solving any issues relating to the fixture concluded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ship owners, brokers, and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant broking experience with a proven track record in the dry bulk shipping sector and the knowledge & skills relating to chartering to get going immediately without any formal training.
- Relevant degree or diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and other industry stakeholders
- Knowledge of the international maritime industry and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
