Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Financial Controller (M/F/d) am Standort Hamburg für die Region Northern and Central Europe (NCE). Die Region (NCE) umfasst mehr als 40 Gesellschaften in vielen Ländern, u.a. Schweden, Norwegen, Dänemark, UK, Deutschland, Niederlande, Belgien, Österreich, Polen und einige mehr.
Als Financial Controller (M/F/d) verantwortest Du diverse Buchhaltungs
- und Controlling-Aktivitäten für Gesellschaften innerhalb der NCE Region und arbeitest an spannenden Projekten in einem dynamischen Umfeld. Du wirst Teil eines diversen und internationalen Teams und arbeitest eng mit den anderen regionalen Finance Teams sowie den Gruppen Funktionen in Kopenhagen und unserem Shared Service Center in Manila zusammen.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS, sowie Spezifikationen und Berichterstattung an die Gruppe
- Überblick über die Bilanz und Finanz Prozesse sowie Sicherstellung von Einhaltung der Konzernrichtlinien und Compliance
- Eigenverantwortliche Analyse und Dokumentation von Konten und Abschlüssen
- Überwachung von Umsatzsteuertransaktionen, Erstellung von Umsatzsteuermeldungen und aktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Umsatzsteuer-Team
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Aktive Entwicklung von Finanz Prozessen und Systemen
- Mitarbeit in fachbereichsübergreifenden, internationalen Projekten
- Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams und Unternehmensbereichen (Business Performance Management, Shared Service Center, Kreditoren-/Debitoren, Steuerabteilung, etc.)
**Deine Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter*in
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in virtueller / internationaler Zusammenarbeit
- Hohe IT-Affinität sowie idealerweise gute SAP und insbesondere Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere europäische Sprachkenntnisse (z.B. Polnisch) sind von Vorteil
