**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a team of employees, including responsibility for laboratories and related environmental, safety, health & quality (ESHQ) issues
- Global coordination of the project portfolio of the market segment
- Application Technology support and maintenance of the product portfolio
- Cooperation with marketing, production, technical service and sales, e.g. on new product launches, customer projects and the evaluation of the sustainability aspects of existing products & targeted new products
- Monitoring market activities and identifying industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Completed scientific studies, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Well-founded several years of professional and management experience in the chemical industry in the job-relevant field
- Special knowledge in the field of têxtiles, tissue, and fibres in regards to formulations and process chemicals used
- Experience in the field of fiber sizing is especially desirable
- Experienced in working with international teams
- High commitment and sense of responsibility as well as a reliable and independent way of working
- Very good English and German language skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
