**Wir verstärken unser Team im Bereich Strategy & Product Planning am Standort Stemwede-Dielingen.**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für die Durchführung des globalen Produktplanungs
- und Strategieprozesses und die gemeinsame Entwicklung der Produktstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit: Produktlinien-Leitung, Portfolio Management, Forschung und Entwicklung, Vertrieb
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Projekthaus Digitalisierung in den Bereichen Smart Chassis Components, Chassis Sensor Cluster und Einführung Neue Digitale Geschäftsmodelle
- Erstellen von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsstudien, Kostenanalysen und Erarbeitung der Produkt Roadmap / Value Proposition / Aufgaben aus dem GDPEP in der Innovations
- und Core-Phase.
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung globaler Strategie
- und Produktplanungs-Workshops und Intensivierung des internationalen Experten Netzwerkes (intern und extern)
- Monitoring relevanter Gesetzgebungen und Ableitung von Handlungsbedarfen und -empfehlungen sowie Weiterentwicklung des ZF Ecosystems im Bereich Chassis Digitalisierung incl. Business Development
- und M&A-Support

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich
- Technische Fachkenntnisse sowie Marktkenntnis und unternehmerisches Verständnis sowie weitreichende Kenntnisse im Portfolio der Produktgruppe
- Starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Internationale und interkulturelle Erfahrung mit Reisebereitschaft
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
