**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**
Du hast Freude an der Erstellung von Inhalten, die unsere Kommunikation innerhalb und außerhalb unseres Teams bereichern. Du treibst die Nutzung von Best Practices für Kommunikationskanäle und -formate voran und entwickelst eine Wissensbasis für unsere Projekte und Prozesse. Als Werkstudent bist du ein wichtiges Bindeglied, um eine Brücke zwischen allen Teams und Themen zu schlagen.
Du wirst die Kommunikation unterstützen, interne und externe Kommunikationsthemen voranzutreiben und visuell ansprechende Kommunikationsmittel zu entwerfen.
Erwartungen und Aufgaben:
- Kommunikations
- und Marketingmanagement: Verantwortlich für die Projekt
- und/oder Teamkommunikation, wie z.B. Projekt-Newsletter, Projektberichte, SharePoint-, Workzone, und Wiki-Seiten des Teams, etc.
- Erstellung überzeugender Kommunikationsmittel in verschiedenen Formen
- Update und Ausbau des Team SharePoints
- Recherche und Sammlung von Daten über Markttrends
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, internen Stakeholdern und Partnern
**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Student (w/m/d) an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
- Bevorzugte Studienrichtung: Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Marketing oder verwandte Bereiche
- Computer Skills: Umfassende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint und Excel. Andere Design-Tools (z. B. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) sind ein Plus
- Sprachen: Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch als Plus
