Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams am Road Transit Hub Wiesbaden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt im Bereich Wartung und Instandhaltung einen

**Teamlead Facility and Sort Maintenance (Operations Maintenance Technician-Senior) - m/w/d**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für ein Team von Technikern am Standort. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team gewährleisten Sie die Funktionsüberwachung, Wartung, Reparaturen sowie Störungsbeseitigung unseres automatisierten Materialflusssystems und den haustechnischen Anlagen in unserem Logistikzentrum. Sie gehen als Vorbildfigur für die Einhaltung und Weiterbildung der Arbeitssicherheit voran.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

- Betreuung der Techniker durch deren Motivation, Anleitung und Unterstützung bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele
- Planung von Schichtplänen
- Planung und Sicherstellung der Durchführung von präventiven Wartungsplänen durch das eigene Team
- Lokale Planung von Lieferanten für die Durchführung externer präventiver Wartungspläne
- Fehlerursachenforschung von Stillständen
- Auftreten als lokaler Ansprechpartner für Modifizierungs
- und Austauschprojekte vom technischen Gebäude
- und Sortierequipment

**Mindestvoraussetzungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene (von der IHK anerkannte) Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), oder Elektriker (m/w/d). In beiden Fällen bevorzugt mit Führungserfahrung
- Mindestens vierjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Logisitik-, Industrie-, Montage-, Schaltschrankbau-, oder Facility-Management-Branche
- Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Fremdfirmen und Einhaltung von technischen Service Level Agreements innerhalb von Serviceverträgen
- Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Sorgfalt
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Wechselschichten und im Rufbereitschaftsdienst

**Bevorzugte Qualifikationen**:

- Meister
- oder Technikerabschluss in Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Automatisierungstechnik wie Siemens S7, Profibus oder Profinet sowie Basisadministration von Windows-Servern sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Benutzung eines Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) zur Planung um Umsetzung von Wartungsplänen und Reparaturen
