**Deine Rolle**:
Innerhalb der Sales Business Administration-Organisation wirst Du als Business Administration Specialist (m/w/d) verantwortlich für die Abwicklung der Softwarebestellungen, die Verwaltung der Kundendaten und die Bereitstellung unserer On-Premise
- und Cloud-Lösungen für Zentraleuropa sein. Die Position kann in Stuttgart oder in München besetzt werden.

***Dein Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Business Support: Unterstützung des internen und externen Vertriebs im Bereich Business Administration und Sicherung von Quartalsabschlüssen
- Interne Kontrolle: Sicherstellung der Datenqualität von Kundendaten, Sicherstellung der prozess
- und vertragskonformen Auftragsabwicklung, sowie der „right-first-time-delivery“ unserer Produkte (Lizenzschlüssel, Medien
- und Cloudzugriff)
- Transformations
- und Projektmanagement: Analysieren von Problemstellungen, Lösungsvorschläge und deren Umsetzung, Ausbau der Automatisierung und Delegierung an unser Shared-Services-Center
- Teilnahme an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Tools und Prozessen, Einführung neuer Arbeitsmethoden, Implementierung von kollaborativen Tools für Monitoring Tätigkeiten.

**Deine Qualifikationen**:

- Bachelor oder Master Abschluss im Engineering mit großem Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen, Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft mit einem ausgeprägten Interesse für neue Technologien und technische Produkte oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung
- Erste erfolgreiche Erfahrungen in einer unterstützenden Funktion für Vertriebsteams in einem komplexen internationalen Kontext, idealerweise im Bereich neuer Technologien, Mitwirkung an Transformationsprojekten
- Du möchtest in einem internationalen und multikulturellen Umfeld arbeiten und hast dementsprechend sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail einen ausgeprägten Sinn für neue Technologien und bist vertraut mit kollaborativen Tools sowie Excel und Power Point
