Introduction:
As a Sales Account Executive at SymphonyAI Retail |CPG, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with retail clients across Germany. You will leverage your expertise in sales and your deep understanding of the retail industry to position SymphonyAI Retail's suite of AI-driven solutions effectively.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth for SymphonyAI Retail |CPG solutions across the European market.
- Maintain a continuous source of potential leads to seek meetings with and present the value of our solution capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to design and execute lead generation campaigns, fostering inclusivity and diversity in outreach strategies.
- Qualify new leads and determine ways to access senior leadership, preparing appropriate sales and presentation materials to engage prospective clients effectively.
- Provide clarity on product and service sales opportunities for potential clients, fostering an inclusive environment for decision-making processes.
- Assess new ideas and opportunistic areas where SymphonyAI Retail |CPG could deliver against to secure new business, valuing diverse perspectives and insights.
- Lead contract negotiations and collaborate closely with the creation of the account team to service the new client, promoting teamwork and inclusion.
- Collate competitive intelligence for dissemination across SymphonyAI Retail |CPG, ensuring diverse perspectives are considered and shared.
- Become an authority on our competitor set, their products, services, and commercial models, fostering an inclusive and comprehensive understanding.

Key Requirements:

- Fluency in English and German essential.
- Prior experience in a new business hunter role.
- Experience in successfully influencing senior executives, recognizing and valuing diverse leadership styles. Demonstrable experience selling value to customers, including being able to speak to increasing revenue by engaging customers with the value and long-term vision our solutions will provide, fostering empathy and understanding in sales processes.
- Evidence of selling software solutions for Grocery retail along with meeting and exceeding quotas, recognizing and valuing diverse industry experiences.
- A proven sales record of success and demonstrable evidence of partnering closely with Presales experts, valuing collaboration and teamwork.
- A network of existing grocery retail contacts and proven history working with Tier 1 & 2 retailers, recognizing the importance of diverse networks and relationships.
- A record of dealing with large accounts together with knowledge and experience of selling large-scale SaaS deals is essential, valuing diverse experiences in account management.
- You’ll be strong in opening, negotiating, and closing deals and someone who partners across an organization to be successful, fostering inclusive collaboration and teamwork.
- Exceptional relationship building skills, recognizing and valuing diverse perspectives and relationships.
- Excellent communication/presentation (verbal and written). Written communication - creation of clear, concise, and actionable materials for the client, promoting clarity and inclusivity in communication practices.
- Structured, logical approach to problem-solving, fostering diverse problem-solving strategies and approaches.
