Process Improvement Specialist, 3p Projects

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling

Position can be based in Munich, Luxembourg, Milan, London, Paris, Madrid.

Key job responsibilities
**As a Transportation Process Improvement Manager, you will**:
- Continuously streamline and automate reporting and analytical processes
- Dive Deep into business problems, finding the right data to answer complex questions with large impact
- Build scalable solutions that can be re-used to drive fast, repeatable decisions
- Use Python, SQL and Quicksight to create, automate, visualize and optimize solutions
- Work jointly with your teammates and key business partners, communicating effectively

The EU 3P Logistics Projects and Automation is diverse group of problem-solvers, tool builders, and innovators. We support our customers to deliver packages faster, cheaper, more reliable and more sustainable. Positioned within the Global Transportation Services organization we are driving EU-wide cross-functional and transformational projects with the aim to automate and scale our interaction with internal and external partners.
