Ihre Aufgaben
- Operative Betreuung eines Mitarbeiterbereiches über den kompletten Employee Life Cycle
- Unterstützung in strategischen Themen
- Kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in allen HR-relevanten Fragestellungen
- Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Personal
- und Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen im Betreuungsbereich
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Mitwirkung in HR-Projekten
- Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und Reports

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalmanagement in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebsräten und Gewerkschaften, vorzugsweise in Unternehmen mit Konzernstrukturen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits
- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht sowie Fachwissen im Tarifrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (MS Office, Sharepoint, HR-Systeme)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikations
- und Organisationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Beratungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
