We’ve worked hard in the last few years to build the foundational aspects of the Business Development department, now it is time for you to bring it to the next level. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will drive the outbound sales for our services (Embedded, Executive). In this role, you will be working closely with the leadership and growth team to find the right partners (clients) for our internal talent partner teams (consultants), through the active cold outreach.

**What you'll do**
- Relationship building with all levels of buyers including senior executives - (through networking, events, and high-level consulting on recruitment topics)
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
- Understanding a prospect’s recruitment challenges and effectively communicating how **Acelr8** can help overcome recruitment challenges
- Driving and ideating sales strategies holistically (looking at marketing campaigns and utilizing other resources such as talent partner networks, etc)
- Support leadership team with weekly reporting and market research
- Keep the CRM (Hubspot) clean and up to date at all times

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience with cold outreach, cold calling, and the ability to win new business
- Prior sales experience, with preferred experience in recruitment AND/OR service sales field
- Have a sales methodology you love and cherish (we believe in challenger sales but whatever floats your boat as long as it gets the job done)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, German is a plus
- Metrics-driven and an appreciation of sales data
- Worked with a CRM (Hubspot would be great), as well as other sales outreach tools
