**Creating passion: your responsibilities**:

- Definition, documentation and continuous improvement (CIP) of processes and methods in project management
- Definition and optimisation of project management KPIs
- Support in project implementation issues
- Training and development of project managers in accordance with project management standards

**Contributing your strengths: your qualifications**:

- Completed studies in industrial engineering, alternatively a technical degree (DHBW, HS, university), ideally with a focus on project management
- Experience in designing processes
- Experience in the environment of a multi-project landscape
- IT affinity
- Very good communication skills and moderation know-how
- AGILE trainer training desirable
- Basic commercial knowledge
- Basic pedagogical-psychological knowledge
- Very good knowledge of English
