**Laboratory assistant (f/m/d) for Experimental Unit NTA & NTP in Frankfurt**

As a laboratory assistant (f/m/d) you will work on a laboratory team conducting lab, greenhouse, and semi-field studies to evaluate the effects of pesticides on non-target arthropods and/or non-target plants. The data collected are needed to assess the environmental safety of these products and their registration. All regulatory studies are performed under GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will grow and maintain the plants needed for the studies in the greenhouse
- You should prepare plant pots for studies (e.g., filling with soil)
- You will be responsible for ordering the required seeds or plant material
- You should be required to collaborate in the organization, execution and evaluation of greenhouse and semi-field studies with cultivated and wild plants
- You will also provide support in the preparation, execution and evaluation of laboratory and semi-outdoor tests with "useful" insects (e.g., ladybugs, lacewings, no bees) as well as in the forage breeding of animals

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have successfully completed professional education as a biology laboratory technician, gardener, agricultural technical assistant, or a related qualification
- You have experience with plant cultivation and care
- You enjoy and bring high ability to work in a team, flexibility, and willingness to learn
- You can work both independently and accurately
- You possess high reliability and sense of responsibility
- You are willing to work weekends on a regular basis
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
