Specialist Corporate Purchasing Processes and Sustainability (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben bei RENOLIT
- Leadfunktion im Bereich Corporate Purchasing für Nachhaltigkeit, Prozessanalysen und Digitalisierung
- Umsetzung der menschenrechtlichen und umweltbezogenen Sorgfaltspflichten des Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetzes (LkSG) im Bereich Einkauf
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und -bewertungen, Präventiv
- und Korrekturmaßnahmen und Analyse der Wirksamkeit
- Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und Definition standardisierter Prozesse (blue prints) im Einkauf
- Projektleitung und aktive Mitarbeit bei Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA im Einkauf

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Master-Studium der Betriebs
- oder Volkswirtschaft, in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Einschlägige, mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in Einkauf, Prozessanalysen oder Nachhaltigkeit
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse in R/3, idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in SAP S/4HANA
- Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und prozessorientiertes Denken
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Gutes juristisches Verständnis
- Kulturelles Einfühlungsvermögen
- Starkes Interesse an Menschenrechts
