Du bist bereit den Aufbau eines nachhaltigen eCommerce-Managements bei IronMaxx maßgeblich und aktiv mitzugestalten, Dich selbst zu verwirklichen und unser Experte auf diesem Gebiet zu werden?
Ganz unter dem Motto** "eCommerce is not an industry, eCommerce is a tactic" **vertrittst Du stellvertretend unseren Head of eCommerce und bist fachlicher Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um Amazon und weitere Marketplaces.

**Das erwartet Dich**:
**Operativ**
- Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Marktplatzkanäle mit Fokus auf Amazon PAN-EU
- Pflege, Kontrolle und Optimierung von Produktlistings und Produktdaten in Bezug auf Marketplaces
- Durchführung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Monitoring relevanter Artikel
- Analyse, Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingmaßnahmen mit Aktionen und Rabatten
- Verantwortung für die effektive Performance von Produkten sowie PPC-Kampagnen
- Erstellung datenbasierter Berichte und Reportings zur Skalierung unseres europaweiten Produktangebots
- Proaktive Optimierung von Kampagnen
- Marktrecherche: Erkennung neuer Trends, Plattformen und Werbeformen sowie Entwicklung von Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten
- Planung und Entwicklung von Marketingmaßnahmen mit Online-Aktionen und Rabatten
- Weiterentwicklung und Managing von CRM-Systemen, Newslettern und Loyalty-Programmen
- Schnittstellenmanagement zu den Bereichen Customer Success, Claim Management und Supply Chain Management

**Strategisch**
- Fachliche Führung des eCommerce Teams, speziell mit Blick auf Amazon sowie Entwicklung der Performance-Strategie in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Head of eCommerce
- Strategische Entwicklung von Marketingkampagnen sowie Erstellung von Marktrecherchen
- Mitverantwortung für die IronMaxx-Performance-Marketing-Kanäle (SEA, SEO, Display, Paid Social)
- Analyse bestehender Aktivitäten anhand von KPIs sowie Herausleitung von Maßnahmen und Umsetzung dieser in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of eCommerce und dem eCommerce-Team
- Optimierung und Skalierung vorhandener Kampagnen
- Integration verschiedener Kanäle in eine einheitliche Datenbank sowie zielgruppenspezifisches Targeting

**Das bringst Du mit**:
**Bildung**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Wirtschaft oder Kommunikation, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt eCommerce

**Erfahrung**
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Marketplaces, vorzugsweise im Bereich Amazon sowie in der Bestellabwicklung und der Warenanmeldung in Carrier
- Erste fachliche Führungserfahrung wünschenswert

**Fachliche Kenntnisse**
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Amazon Vendor & Seller
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Advertising sowie in Webanalysetools (Adference, Google Analytics)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Shopsystemen (z.B. Magento oder Shopify)

**Fähigkeiten**
- Textsicherheit, kreative und präzise Ausdrucksweise für die Erstellung von Content
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
