As an innovative start-up within the Schoeller Group with over €1bn in revenue and more than 4.000 employees worldwide, Multiloop has access to resources and knowledge along the entire value chain of a circular economy: from an extensive customer understanding (B2B and B2C), product development know-how to expertise in production, deposit systems, software & tracking, washing and financing of reusable packaging pools.
Aufgaben
- Support leadership in the creation of Multiloop‘s logistics, supply chain, asset tracking software and reusable packaging pool operations
- Provide together with the CEO leadership to the organization incl. developing and executing the company’s business plan and its overall strategic vision
- Project management key strategic initiatives in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. investors, strategic partners, clients, etc.)
- Support management process in ensuring delivery of team members on agreed upon tasks and goals, identifying proactively problems and escalating to the management team if projects are behind schedule, quality or timeline
- Help management to define key milestones that both pre
- and postlaunch such as growth, performance, and profitability and implement those as key management levers across all members of the organization
- Prepare well-researched, written and high-quality memorandums and decision-making documents in the form of Excel, Word or PowerPoint documents
