**Verändere gemeinsam mit uns die Welt von morgen.**
- In deiner neuen Rolle führst du LCA's und EPD's, sowie Robust Eco Design-Lösungen als integralen Bestandteil der Siemens-Motorenentwicklung ein und etablierst die Konzepte. Dies erfolgt in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern aus Produkt
- und Projektmanagement, Entwicklung, Einkauf, EHS und Fertigung als Beitrag zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Produkte und Lösungen.
- Du koordinierst zuverlässig die Implementierung von EPD und RED-Projekten in deiner Einheit, um sowohl den Kundennutzen durch erhöhte Transparenz zu verbessern als auch Produktkosten und Nachhaltigkeitsfaktoren gleichermaßen zu optimieren.
- Du bist für die Entscheidungen in den Entwicklungsteams in Fragen zu Product Carbon Footprint, Environmental Impact Categories, nachhaltigen Einflussfaktoren, Ecodesign und Energieeffizienz verantwortlich.
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit den Kolleg*innen aus R&D und IT die methodische Kompetenz zur Ökobilanzierung unseres Produktspektrums (EPD's,LCA's) sowie zur Designoptimierung und leitest aus diesen Handlungsfelder und Materialstrategien für zukünftige Produkte und Redesigns ab.
- Du hältst Trainings zur Verankerung der Sustainability-Kompetenz in der Motoren-R&D und Nachbarabteilungen.
- Du unterstützt den weiteren Aufbau eines Netzwerks zum Austausch von Best Practices und Expertise innerhalb von Digital Industries und auf Siemens Ebene und bist selbst ein Teil davon.
- Du gestaltest die weltweite Standardisierung hinsichtlich Sustainability-Themen, indem du die Interessen von Siemens in externen Gremien vertrittst.

**Dein Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Du hast dein Hochschulstudium in der Fachrichtung Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über langjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im Engineering/R&D/Fertigungs-Umfeld mit Schnittstelle zum Einkauf und konntest dabei profunde Marktkenntnisse aufbauen.
- Du bist sehr erfahren in den Bereichen Value/Funktionsbewertungen, EPD-Erstellung und Zielkostendefinition sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Teamcenter Product Cost Management.
- Zusätzlich bringst du idealerweise langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der industriellen Digitalisierung/Automatisierung mit.
- Breite Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bringst Du mit; auf das Führen und Coachen von cross-funktionalen und internationalen Projektteams hast Du ebenfalls Lust.
- Internationale Erfahrung sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
