**A Snapshot of Your Day**

We are seeking a driven and experienced Portfolio Marketing Lead to join our team. If you have a passion for marketing and a desire to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
- In this role you will develop and drive all marketing activities for our portfolio offerings to achieve our marketing goals. You will lead a global team of marketing specialists, drive change management, and implement process improvements to ensure the highest execution effectiveness.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Develop, drive, and measure global marketing roadmaps for our portfolio based on market data and business targets.
- Develop, drive, and measure online marketing plans for our portfolio offerings.
- Create content and assets to communicate our key portfolio offerings clearly and consistently.
- Manage and implement the portfolio marketing operations calendar, plan, and schedule to deliver on our business targets.
- Manage and implement KPIs and ROI measures for all portfolio marketing initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the first escalation level for individual portfolio marketing issues.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Work closely with the Strategic Marketing Lead to improve marketing processes and implement marketing standards and AI support.

**What You Bring**
- A university degree in Marketing, Communication, or other relevant function.
- Experienced leader in B2B marketing, communications, sales, or other relevant function. Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex issues with stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for leadership.
- Business proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages being advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to project priorities, effectively managing your schedule and task prioritization.
