**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- You hold a MSc degree in computer science, data science, an engineering discipline or in a comparable field. Ideally you also hold a PhD in a related field or have comparable work experience.
- You have expertise in machine learning, with experience in reinforcement learning (e.g. gymnasium, stable-baselines3, RLlib or tf-agents) being a plus.
- You have hands-on experience leading multi-stakeholder research projects. Ideally, you also have formal project management qualifications, e.g. PMI, Scrum Master/PO, SAFe, or similar.
- Hands-on experience in software development (e.g. open-source projects) is a plus.
- Proficient English skill is mandatory, additional German skill is beneficial.
