Senior Financial Controller for Operations

You are looking for a job that offers a variety of tasks, many different interfaces and project-related responsibility? As Senior Financial Controller for Operations you will be part of the Consolidation and Project Team of our Finance Operations Department. There you will be exposed to interesting questions around corporate and operational financials, financial planning, forecast and actual financial performance. You will work with technical and business colleagues as well as corporate and operations management in order to take Infineon one step further.

In your new role you will:

- Drive **coordination and consolidation **of **quarterly Balance Sheet Forecasts **for Operations Frontend and Backend
- Take responsibility for **monthly cash-out forecasts **for Infineon including variance analyses
- Be in charge of the **Quarterly Forecast for invest-driven cash-out and account payables **for Operations, incl. conducting comprehensive analyses, generating reports, and Deviation Analyses
- Drive **Cash Flow Controlling **, reporting, and analyses
- Calculate **Depreciation Previews **and perform analyses
- Support for **investment topics related to Operations **, strategy formulation, and corporate financial planning
- Prepare and optimize **IT reports for account payables and liabilities**:

- Ownership of **Finance Operations Community Platform **and coordinate Best Practice Sharing Initiatives

You clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You act as if Infineon were your own enterprise and act as if you were responsible for the benefits of the company as a whole. Furthermore, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Controlling, Economics **or equivalent
- At least **3-5 years **of relevant experience in finance & controlling, ideally paired with expertise in **balance sheets and cash flow topics**:

- Profound knowledge of **Excel, PowerPoint and **ideally SAP S/4HANA experience
- Strong **analytical skills **will be a precious asset as you work towards supporting informed decision-making
- Excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate successfully with **teams worldwide **and **support forecasting at **various Infineon locations**:

- **Passion for process automation and improvement **, as well as your drive to innovate and continuously improve operational effectiveness for the organization**:

- **The ability to **work in a partnering manner that respects expertise, opinions, and contributions **, since you will **work closely with Investment Controllers**:

- **Fluent both German and English **language skills, particularly in written and oral communication, as well as presentation skills**
