- Abarbeitung von anfallenden Aufgaben im Haus gemäß Checklisten
- Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung der Gebäudetechnik
- Installation und Reparaturen im Elektro
- und Beleuchtungsbereich
- Allgemeine Schlosserarbeiten
- Reparaturen und Teilerneuerungen von sanitären Anlagen
- Abfallmanagement
- Beachtung und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Sicherheitsregeln

**Über dich**:

- Du verfügst über ein umfangreiches handwerkliches Geschick und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Maintenance
- Du bist ein offener und herzlicher Teamplayer
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zeiteffizient und gibst deiner Arbeit dabei eine persönliche Note
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Du kannst mit dem Computer und Excel umgehen
- Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität zeichnen dich aus
- Ideal wäre es wenn du die Befähigung zum Sicherheitsbeauftragten und Brandschutzhelfer hast
