**Team mission**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Quality & Safety Specialist to be part of our growing B2B environment, which delivers an outstanding experience to our suppliers, to be based from our Berlin office. The mission of the team is to ensure we can safeguard the quality of the activities offered by our providers, ensure customer safety, and promote trust in GetYourGuide. We assist and educate Suppliers toward our GetYourGuide standards in order to provide unforgettable experiences to our customers.

**What you will do**:

- Manage Trust and Safety cases, resolving where possible and helping to educate our suppliers on our standards.
- Monitor and provide corrective action for Supplier business misconduct
- Assist and Educate Suppliers and work with stakeholders to improve the activities provided by Suppliers
- Work with internal stakeholders in Sales, Tech, Connectivity, Legal, and Finance on day-to-day operations as well as on process improvements and projects

**Who you are**:

- 1-3 years of prior work experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- 1 year quality/trust and safety experience or relevant fields
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and process-led atmosphere and are able to adapt to evolving business needs
- You are personable, approachable, and collaborative
- You are a talented communicator (both written and verbal)
- You enjoy data analysis and are comfortable with Jira, excel, and Looker
- You are a self-starter and enjoy solving problems and improving processes
- You understand the value of effective time management and prioritization in day to day tasks
- Travel, Tour & Activity industry experience is a plus
- You are fluent in written and spoken English. Any additional European language is a plus
