WHAT WE OFFER
Unser Funktionsbereich PM (Performance Materials Operations) sorgt für eine zuverlässige und sichere Produktion zu wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen. Am Standort Dormagen betreiben wir unter anderem die modernste TDI Anlage weltweit und sorgen für die Weiterentwicklung von klimafreundlichen und ressourcenschonenden Technologien. Der TGD Betrieb produziert in der World-Scale-Anlage den flüssigen Rohstoff TDI aus dem Polyurethan-Weichschäume z.B. für Matratzen und Autositze hergestellt werden.
Für die Umsetzung von laufenden Investitionsprojekten suchen wir weitere Unterstützung von Chemikanten (m/w/d).- In Ihrer neuen Position übernehmen Sie die betriebliche Betreuung von Projektmaßnahmen und unterstützen den Produktionsexperten vor Ort- Dazu gehört die betriebliche Vorbereitung von Montagestellen (Spülen und Entleeren von Rohrleitungen und Apparaten, Überwachung beim Öffnen von Rohrleitungen)- Zur Qualitätssicherung führen Sie im Team eine Überprüfung und einen Abgleich der neu installierten Komponenten mit Fließbildern sowie Dichtigkeitsprüfungen durch- Sie unterstützen bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Teilanlagen
WHAT YOU OFFER- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chemikant (m/w/d)- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Fachkenntnisse im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen und Ihr Lebenslauf zeigt erste Berufserfahrung auf- Kenntnisse von betrieblichen Prozessen, Aufgaben und Abläufen sowie in betrieblicher Verfahrens
- und Steuerungstechnik setzten wir voraus- Darüber hinaus haben Sie Freude an anspruchsvollen Herausforderungen und zeigen eine hohe Einsatz
- und Leistungsbereitschaft als auch Eigeninitiative- Eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
Die Stelle ist bis Ende 2024 befristet, nach Projektablauf ist eine Übernahme in die Schicht (5S-Vollkonti) möglich.
