Deine Aufgaben

Als unser Lead Accountant (m/w/d) hast du die Möglichkeit, zusammen mit dem Head of Finance die Buchhaltung eines schnell wachsenden Start-up-Unternehmens aufzubauen, weiterzuentwickeln, zu digitalisieren und zu automatisieren. Zur Seite steht dir ein 2-köpfiges Team aus Accounting Specialists.

Du hast bereits einschlägige Erfahrungen im Bereich der deutschen und internationalen Buchhaltung gesammelt und willst frischen Wind für deine Karriere?
Dann könnte die Lead Accountant (m/w/d) Position etwas für dich sein.
- Gemeinsam mit unserem Head of Finance baust du eine „State Of The Art“ Buchhaltung auf
- Du und dein Team verantworten die Kreditoren-, Debitoren-, Anlagen
- und Hauptbuchhaltung sowie die Bilanzierung des Vorratsvermögens der gesamten inveox Gruppe
- Du prüfst, verfolgst und pflegst Dokumente und stellst sicher, dass wir alle regulatorischen Anforderungen der Bilanzbuchhaltung erfüllen
- Reguläre Zahlläufe und laufende Geschäftsvorfälle werden von dir gemanaged
- Die Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie der monatlichen Umsatzsteuererklärungen liegt in deiner Verantwortung
- Du definierst die Bilanzierungs
- und Bewertungsmethoden für bestehende und neue Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Steuerberater im In
- und Ausland
- Du erstellst Analysen und Berichte für das Management

Anforderungen
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting/Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare kfm. Berufsausbildung (vorzugsweise zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/f)) gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Aufgrund deiner bisherigen Positionen konntest du mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Bilanzbuchhaltung sammeln
- Du hast mit Begeisterung Teams geleitet und kannst deine Visionen und Strategien in die Tat umsetzen
- Du kennst dich bestens im HGB aus und traust dir zu, dich auch in das deutsche Steuerrecht, IFRS und US GAAP einzuarbeiten
- Kontinuierliche berufliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung ist für dich ein Motivator
- MS Office ist Standard für dich und du bewegst dich mühelos in einer ERP-Software (z. B. SAP S/4HANA oder SAP ByDesign)
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise machen dich aus
- Du verfügst über Organisationstalent, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Liebe zum Detail
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch
