The Institute of Philosophy (Faculty IV) of the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg has a vacancy for a

**Doctoral Student (M/F/d)**
pay group 13 TV-L,

attached to the Professorship of Digital Ethics (Prof. Dr Maximilian Kiener),

with 65% of the regular weekly working time of a full-time employee for an initial period of 3 years.

The necessary requirements include:

- A post-graduate academic university degree (e.g. Master's degree or Diplom (not of a University of Applied Sciences)) in philosophy, which must be completed by the start date of the position.
- An ability to work in a team, including in interdisciplinary contexts.
- An independent, self-reliant, and committed mode of working.
- Strong organisational and cooperative skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
