**Tätigkeitsbeschreibung**:
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are looking for a Solutions Design & Implementation Specialist to join the Customer Solutions team in Neuss. We do support UPS customer all over Europe and you would provide customized solutions to them to enhance their transportation systems and generate non-package revenues. The specialist will be the interface between our team and various external and internal IT and non-IT Teams in different areas. Essentially the Solutions Design & Implementation Specialist enjoys working on IT based projects in a fast-paced business environment with cross-functional collaboration.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- You will analyze customer requirements and information to determine solutions that will assist in delivering products to their customers more efficiently and develops project scopes to effectively deliver customer solutions.
- You will support Solutions Engagement Resources (SERs) to help grow the customer solutions business and keeps up to date on industry trends and technology developments.
- You will obtain feedback from customers to ensure solutions meet their needs.
- You will keep Customer Solutions project stakeholders informed of project progress.
- You will analyze data and interpret the results to make recommendations for solutions and evaluates solutions prior to implementation.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Studies, in the area of Logistics, etc.), preferred, or several years of equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
- Project Management experience beneficial
- Proficient MS-Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
- API (Restful, Web Service) experience beneficial
